Empowering Women Leaders Conference: Advancing Transparency, Accountability, and Mental Well-Being

The Foundation for Transparency and Accountability (FTA), in collaboration with the University of Manchester, is hosting a three-day international workshop and seminar designed to empower women leaders across sectors.

This event will provide training, dialogue, and networking opportunities focused on:

• Strengthening transparency and accountability in leadership.
• Promoting mental health awareness and self-care strategies for women in leadership roles.
• Addressing challenges such as work-life balance, caregiving responsibilities, and gender-based discrimination.
• Building global partnerships for sustainable leadership development.

What to Expect:

• Expert-led workshops, seminars, and study tours.
• Networking with Nigerian and UK-based institutions.
• Practical strategies for resilient, transparent, and mentally healthy leadership.
• A communique of policy recommendations integrating mental health into leadership development.
